- Lite ¥9,800/month (excl. tax) / Standard ¥29,800/month (excl. tax) / Pro ¥98,000/month (excl. tax) / Enterprise upon request. Implementation packages from ¥300,000 to ¥1,200,000 (excl. tax).
- Additional fees
- 10% Japanese consumption tax / bank-transfer fees (paid by customer when paying by bank transfer) / FX fees applied by your card issuer for non-JPY cards
- Payment methods
- Credit card via Stripe Checkout / Stripe Customer Portal; or bank transfer with invoice (annual contract and Pro tier or higher).
- Payment timing
- Credit card: charged automatically on the monthly billing date. Bank transfer: due within 30 days of invoice issuance.
- Service delivery
- Dashboard access is granted same-day to within 2 business days after sign-up and first payment confirmation. Implementation packages are delivered 3 to 6 weeks after kickoff.
- Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. The current month's usage remains available; charges stop the following month. No minimum term and no cancellation fee (Enterprise annual contracts excepted).
- Refund policy
- As a digital service we do not accept returns after use. Lite and Standard include a 7-day money-back guarantee — full refund if requested via the contact form within 7 days of the first charge. Implementation packages are non-refundable once delivered, but all deliverables (llms.txt, JSON-LD, Q&A rewrites, etc.) remain customer property.
- Return shipping
- Not applicable (digital service).
- System requirements
- A modern browser (Chrome / Edge / Safari / Firefox — latest 2 versions). A Slack workspace is required for Slack integration.
